Who Am I?
My name is Benjamin Faulks. I'm a certified personal trainer & certified strength/ condition coach. I'm a former collegiate track athlete at Hampton University. I'm also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. I've also coach track & field for two years, and coached on the collegiate level as well as a strength coach. The gym is my safe heaven, it's allowed me to create a better version of myself and now being a personal trainer has allowed me to that for others.
